missing coffee pods poor hotel management
The room was huge, so that was acceptable.
I was so annoyed there were no coffee pods, biscuits or milk. The welcome pack was pathetic, just a tiny bottle of water. I really think that Martin was not interested in us. The hotel management seemed poor.

amazing stay near great dining
central location simple check-in quiet area
i appreciated being close to the famous la tupina restaurant. it was only a short walk. the location was convenient, situated between the train station and the city center. check-in was simple and the area was quiet.
the lighting in the room was dim, difficult to see well at night. the chairs were not very comfortable either. design seemed to be more of a priority than comfort.

mixed feelings about the stay
missing television impersonal communication
the location proved convenient. it offered easy access to nearby attractions.
The room lacked a television. I found this omission frustrating. the absence of on-site breakfast also disappointed me. It was contrary to what i expected. Communication relied solely on messaging apps. This felt impersonal.
